GROW AND RISE (GARI)
Grow And Rise (GARI) is a local Organization, which is duly registered in Kenya. GARI is governed by a dynamic executive committee that consists of dedicated social workers from different professions , who closely guide and provide oversight to the organization and its future growth.
Our Projects
Our projects aim to create strong community relationships by addressing immediate needs. We focus on womanhood, brotherhood, and early childhood development to empower individuals and families, breaking the cycle of poverty and creating long-term change.
We recognize the crucial role of equipping children with the necessary tools, care, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Our community programs focus on teaching new skills, depending on the expertise of our volunteers.
In certain communities, we have established places for libraries in small structures like containers.
The organization has collaborated with the schools in the marginalized areas in the rural areas and put computer laboratories for the learners to gain computer knowledge which will enable the less privileged children to be computer literate.
Under this theme GAR will focus on holistic development of children its protection and rights, following interventions are planned over the time

Our Strategy
A sustainable strategy is devised to achieve the maximum, a need based and right based approach initiated ascertains the problem with fully community involvement and mobilizing all indigenous and local resources. The program goal will materialize with a helping hand from members donor agencies, grants or Philanthropists.
- 40% of funds go to food
- 35% for Educational Funds
- 29% for medical care
Overall Objective
The overall development objective of Grow And Rise (GARI)is enhanced ability in the target communities to tackle their own economic, social and environmental problems for sustainable community development.
